Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our special day

RSVP

Please respond by March 6th. This helps us finalize catering numbers, seating arrangements, and other important details. If you need more time, please reach out to us directly.

We are hoping to keep our celebration intimate, shared with our family and close friends. Please let us know which family members will be attending with you, and we kindly ask that attendance be limited to immediate family or long-term, committed partners.

Dress Code

The dress code is Garden Formal.

For guests: Think garden party elegance! We suggest light, breathable fabrics in our wildflower color palette. The ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes that won't sink into grass.

Colors: Feel free to embrace our wildflower theme with warm yellows (#ebba5e), soft corals (#e3938c), dusty blues (#bac5db), sage greens (#b9c499), lavenders (#bcb4dd), and blush pinks (#e9afbb).

Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream as these are reserved for the bride. Other than that, feel free to wear whatever makes you feel wonderful!

Children

Children are welcome! Please include them in your RSVP count so we can plan accordingly.

Travel & Parking

Parking will be available in a lot next to the reception venue. It is complimentary for all guests.

The closest airports are Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). The venue is approximately 45 minutes north of DFW Airport. Rental cars, rideshare, and taxi services are readily available at both airports.

We are not providing transportation to and from the venue. However, rideshare services are readily available in the area and the venue is easily accessible.

Gift Registry

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, we're registered at:

While we appreciate the thought, we prefer that physical gifts be shipped directly to our home address. Monetary gifts can be placed in the card box at the reception. Gift cards will be available at the venue for your convenience.

Weather & What to Bring

Don't worry! While we're planning for an outdoor ceremony, we have a beautiful indoor backup plan in case of inclement weather. We'll make the final decision on the morning of the wedding and update this page if needed.

Just bring yourself and your dancing shoes! However, you might want to consider:

  • - Light jacket or shawl (for evening)
  • - Comfortable shoes

In North Texas, May is beautiful! You can expect comfortable temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s°F with sunny skies and pleasant spring breezes. It's perfect weather for an outdoor celebration. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evening as temperatures can cool down slightly after sunset.
